As the rhythm picks up
And the world passes by
Each moment comes alive
Jostling for attention
Flashes of humour
Sprinkled with sunshine
Wandering thoughts
Fluttering in the breeze
Hidden memories
Light up the face
And the smile surprises the onlooker!

ReplyDeleteThis is interesting. you will remember me as Ashish's friend, when we ran the first half marathon together way back in 2005! I completed my first full in 2011 with an awful performance. Hope to improve this in 2012 and will certainly look to your writings for ideas and inspiration! Good luck with your training.
